Campaign Design – Our design / marketing team will come up with a concept that will turn your vehicle expense into an asset producing sales for your business. Designing campaigns for vehicle advertising is totally different than other types of design...experience counts! We have designs for virtually every type of vehicle on the road. If you are providing us a print ready file it will need to meet our file set up specifications found at www.atlanticimaging.com/tech.
Media/Warranty – All materials will be state of the art 3M media and laminate, including 3m window perf film. These are the industry gold standard for vehicle wrap applications. Lesser materials WILL fade wrinkle and peel. Installation is warranted for 3 years against noticeable fading and peeling. Repair/replacement will be at the discretion of Atlantic Imaging.
Proofing – You will be provided a color/design proof to sign off on once design is set, and prior to graphic production. Once project is in production no changes can be made without incurring additional costs.
Vehicle prep – Vehicle to be delivered to Atlantic Imaging completely clean. No bugs tar oil etc… on vehicle. An additional charge will be incurred if we have to clean the vehicle.
Graphic Installation – We will install your graphics at our indoor facility; expect to leave the vehicle with us 3-7 days depending on vehicle and graphic design to be installed. We can travel to install at off site locations if required, this service will incur additional costs. Graphic removal is not included in price, unless we are replacing Atlantic Imaging graphics within one year of original install date.
Payment terms – A deposit of 65% is required at the initial design meeting. The full balance is due at delivery. At delivery you will sign an acceptance form and receive written wrap care instructions.

We can provide design services for your trade show booth or banner stand as well as outputting your exhibit. If you need to have new graphics produced for your existing banner stand, trade show display, pop up display, or tension banner stand we can output and refit your existing exhibit for you.
